We welcome online orders! Our biggest concern is in assuring that the specific, one-of-a-kind, item you desire is available prior to any money changing-hands. We operate a retail store that is open 7-days-a-week, and our website is sometimes a few days slow in being updated. We want to make certain that your experience with us is very positive, and payment made for an item already sold could hardly be a positive experience.
Please make note of the Artist Name (if appropriate) individual item name/description and associated item number. Some art-work has no item number, but is tracked by the title. Contact us at 817-737-2244, or by providing contact information below. We will need your street address in order to estimate shipping. We usually provide our initial response within a few hours. We will confirm availability and reserve the item for your purchase. Shipping estimation may take a little longer.
We prefer not to take credit-card numbers by telephone. The risk of transposed numbers, rejected card, etc, makes these transactions much riskier to the credit card processor, and therefore much more expensive to the merchant. PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Checks, etc, will work for us. Checks should be made payable to Crystal Moon Gallery.
Depending upon the item being purchased and payment type, shipping may take-place the day-after payment received, or may take several days (some items require special packing or specialized transportation. We will try very hard to set reasonable expectations for both costs and delivery time. You can expect to pay actual shipping costs (which may include the cost of the package), without additional handling fees.
We strongly recommend that all shipped items be insured. Accidents are rare, but do occur. And, although rare collectibles are frequently irreplaceable, insurance can at least compensate for monetary loss.
